I want to know if it makes me a bad grandma if I don’t want to baby-set my grand babies?
I have baby-sat for many many years never ever been paid I am now 56 years old I want time for me now… I love the babies with all my heart I don’t want to let my daughters down but I’m tired… What do I do? Patty
If it is once in a while, you should do it to bond, If it is an every day or every week thing, I’d tell them to find a good daycare. There’s a big difference in sitting EVERY day and helping out when one of them is sick and they aren’t allowed at daycare or school and the parents must go to work or school. I don’t expect or ask it from either set of our parents.
