If you were born at exactly 12:00 midnight on Dec 31st – Jan 1st, which year would you say you were born in?
I have a friend born at 12:13 am Jan 1st, and I was just curious to know what would happen if she was born 13 mins earlier.

12.00 is techinically 1st Jan as there are 2 12.00 in a daytime and the ones that are on the 31st have already passed by then.
