Teddy Bear Party Ideas To Help You Create The Sweetest Celebration

TEDDY BEAR PARTY INVITATIONS
Bear Shaped Invites – Cut out bear shapes from construction paper or card stock. Put all your party details on one site and cute little teddy bear face on the other side.
Teddy Bear Invitations – Download and print out cute little bears onto colored paper, card stock, or scrapbook paper. Type out the details so they show up when the invite is folded in half.
Balloon Invite – Blow up teddy bear shaped balloons. Type or handwrite party details onto a decorative piece of scrapbook paper. Laminate, hole-punch upper left corner, run a ribbon through the hole, and tie to the balloon. Hand-deliver invites.
COSTUME HANDOUTS
Turn all your little ones into beary special bears. As the kids arrive, give them each a pair of bear ears made from construction paper or card stock. Add a bow to one of the ears for the girls. Tie a bow around the boys’ necks.
PARTY DECORATIONS
- Draw paw prints on the sidewalk leading up to your front door using chalk.
- Another paw print sidewalk option is to cover the sidewalk with butcher paper and glue black and brown paw prints onto the paper.
- Have Dad dress up like a big teddy bear to greet all the guests at the front door.

Pin The Honey Pot On The Bear This game is played like Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Prior to the party, make honey pots out of construction paper and place each of your guests’ names onto one pot. Hang a poster of a bear on the wall. Blindfold a child and have him or her try to pin their honey pot to the bear in the designated location. Use double-stick tape. The child who pins the honey pot closest to where it belongs is the winner.
Teddy Bear Hunt – Prior to the party hide a teddy bear and have your guests try to find it. Whoever finds the bear gets to keep it. Another option would be to hide as many bears as you have guests. When someone finds a bear, he or she gets to keep the bear that was found and that person is then eliminated from the game. The game concludes when all the guests have found a bear.
CAKE IDEAS
use a bear shaped cake pan and decorate your teddy bear to coincide with your party colors. Be sure to give the bear a cute little face.
Another option would be to create cupcakes. Pipe on the icing and top each one off with a gummy bear.
Another option is to decorate the cupcakes with a paw print, which can be made by using one large Oreo cookie and 3 mini Oreo cookies.
PARTY FAVOR IDEAS
Take individual photos of each of the guests as they arrive. While the party is going on, have a teen helper download, print and insert the photos into a picture frame that has a bear decoration. as the guests leave, they can each pick up their framed picture.
Another option is to turn the photos into placemats. After the photo is downloaded, all that needs to be done is to glue it to a decorative background and laminate the entire paper.
